Inspiring the Next Generation: International Research Conference Nurtures Young Scientists

The two-day international research conference, jointly organized by Scientia under Different Art Centre, Global Young Researchers Academy (GYRA), and STEM4Girls, aims to instill research interest among students and cultivate talented scientists. Attended by approximately 500 participants, including students up to senior secondary level, teachers, and researchers from various parts of India, the event provides a platform for children to present their research results and interact with experts in respective fields, encouraging them to pursue scientific endeavors. Space Scientist Nambi Narayanan inaugurated the conference, sharing his own scientific journey and experiences with the young attendees. Keynote addresses, plenary sessions, and lectures by scientists from foreign universities enrich the program. The conference concludes on Sunday, 23rd July, with Dr. M.C. Dathan, the Scientific Advisor to the Chief Minister, as the chief guest in the closing ceremony presided over by Gopinath Muthukad. Other notable participants include Anto Michael from Self Improvement Hub, Dr. Ranju Joseph, and Raina Raphy, the representative of STEM4Girls.
